Jason Meneses Partner
Jason Meneses joined Cornell Grace, P.C. in 2021. Mr. Meneses has significant civil litigation experience with a focus on premises liability and New York State Labor Law matters. Prior to joining Cornell Grace, P.C., Mr. Meneses was a staff counsel attorney at a large insurance company where he handled cases involving a wide variety of subject matters including general liability, automobile liability, and construction liability. Additionally, Mr. Meneses has successfully drafted and argued numerous appeals before the Appellate Division, First and Second Judicial Departments.
Admission
Mr. Meneses is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Education
Mr. Meneses received his B.A. from Fairfield University in 2011 and his M.A. from Fordham University in 2012. Mr. Meneses received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2016. He was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in legal writing at Brooklyn Law School.
