Kateryna Stupnevich joined Cornell Grace, P.C. in 2024. Ms. Stupnevich has extensive litigation experience and focuses her practice on construction accidents and New York Labor Law claims, premises liability and product liability, as well as insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Cornell Grace, P.C., Ms. Stupnevich worked at a regional firm, defending corporate and individual clients against complex high-value claims, involving catastrophic injuries and significant commercial losses.
Ms. Stupnevich was recognized as a New York Metro Rising Star in 2023 and 2024.
Ms. Stupnevich is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Stupnevich graduated cum laude from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2011 and received her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Brooklyn Law School, where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Real Estate Finance, Landlord-Tenant Litigation, and Discovery Workshop.
