Daniel Erber Associate

Daniel E. Erber joined Cornell Grace, P.C. in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Erber worked at a litigation firm in their White Plains, New York office where he gained experience across various practice areas, including premises liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

Daniel is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York.

Education

Mr. Erber earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 2020. He received his Juris Doctor in 2023 from Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated with honors and a concentration in business law. During his law school career, Mr. Erber was an Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, and his note was published in the Journal’s 17th volume.
